The technician was prompt polite and professional. He was very professional and personable getting everything down efficiently. He was also helpful in making a recommendation to replace a cathedral ceiling grate to make it much easier to replace filters. The current grate has four screws in it and has to be removed completely before a filter can be replaced- he said he would make the recommendation to have a “drop down” grate installed.I believe his name was Michael I apologize if that is not correct - highly recommend Thank you

Chad came out the same day and did a very thorough analysis of the inside and exterior heat/AC unit. He changed the filters and explained all his future recommendations to me & my husband on the phone as well about his concerns. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the company and its employees.

ARS is great. They keep my older HVAC system up and running. Calls are always answered the same day, and I know it's not always possible, but so far they've been able to do that for me. The tech is very knowledgeable and explains what is wrong, he doesn't just ask for money like a fly by night organization would. I actually signed up for their service plan; being on that saves on service calls and it's not expensive. 10/10 so far, no regrets.

I always have a pleasant experience with each of the techs when they come for my maintenance visits. They always explain things that I don't understand. Always courteous and respectful and that is something that I have always liked about ARS and they are also so knowledgeable about the HVAC.

Although I think I got a good deal on an HVAC system, because I had already found out the going rate for systems with companies in my area -which were far below the $14,000 the salesman with this company originally quoted me- the salesman made me feel pressured and negated everything I said to him. The guy made it seem like I had to buy the system that day-he point blank said what is it going to take to get you to buy this system today- not wanting to give me time to think on the matter. I told him what kind of system I wanted to go with- he said that's not a good system- even though I told the guy my intentions with buying a new system in the first place. After the system was installed, not even 4 months afterward, the company was blowing my phone up calling to offer me their system tune-up specials. I had to tell the company to take me off their call list and that I just had a brand new system installed with them recently! Also, their finance company, Service Finance, has a very high interest rate, 8%. And that's the rate for someone who has a credit score in the 700-800 range! I wouldn't suggest anyone get financing through them. Find an alternative source of financing, if you can.

I had a very unhappy experience with this company due to lack of communication. No one showed up for the first appointment and I was jerked around and lied to all day of the second appt. The guys finally showed up at 5 PM and did a good job of installing my mini split. Then they were unable to turn it on because they did not get the message that I needed a new switch breaker. The electrician showed up the next day with no communication that he was coming. As he was leaving, he said there was a part missing from the outside part. No one else had told me that. Makes me wonder if anyone really planned to fix that as I wouldn't have known because it was a cosmetic piece. That guy showed up unannounced the next day. My mini split does work, so at the end of the day, I got what I wanted. However, it was very upsetting to go through the process. I will say the people at Lowes were very helpful in dealing with the problems I had. The guys that came were nice and did a good job. I wouldn't really recommend them, though.
